The City of Medicine Hat wants to help residents to better understand their utility charges, specifically how to interpret the detailed information on their utility bill. We held a virtual Town Hall on Wednesday, March 16, 2022 over the noon hour that brought together a panel of City of Medicine Hat experts to help answer questions in a virtual live environment.

Consultation has concluded

The questions submitted here will be collected and compiled into themes based on similarity and answered at our Virtual Town Hall on Wednesday, March 16 from Noon - 1 p.m. Each question may not be answered individually, but we hope to touch on each theme in person and will answer select questions from each theme here after the event.
