You're invited to participate in a City of Medicine Hat survey regarding the services and experiences that support older adults in our community to be active and connected.

The information from this survey is collected under the authority of the Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act, Section 33(c) and is used to provide guidance to The City of Medicine Hat when it comes to making decisions regarding civic services.
