April 7-14, 2025 – Tours of astroturf dancefloor surfaces at Big Marble Go Centre

July 19, 2025 – Indigenous dancers field trip to Kainai pow wow

September 19, 2025 – Report back What We Heard at Demo Pow Wow

November 17, 2025 – Vote on options for the final design during Métis Week at the Esplanade

May 5, 2026 – An Elder’s blessing of the land at the tepee prior to construction

June 9, 2026 – Indigenous dance community invited to the tepee to sample and select the final astroturf
